Shipping & Payments

For all orders placed on the Clewoo online shop, shipments are free in Italy and Europe.

In order to receive Clewoo products outside Europe, the cost of shipping is 20.00€, excluding customs clearance costs charged to the customer.

Delivery times vary depending on the type of shipment chosen:

– Express shipping Italy: 5/6 working days, starting from the moment you receive the order confirmation email.

– Express shipping EU and World: 6/10 working days, starting from the moment you receive the order confirmation email.

Delivery deadlines are not accurate at this time Covid-19.

It is possible to pay for orders placed on the Clewoo online shop with Paypal, Bank Transfer, Credit Card (Unicredit circuit) and make a payment on delivery.

If you already have a PayPal account, identify yourself with your account by entering your email and password to confirm the payment. If you don’t have a PayPal account yet, you can create one using your credit card or prepaid card.
