Buying on CLEWOO website is easy, fast and intuitive. Enter the page of the product you are interested in, choose the size and any color you prefer, then click on “Add to cart”. Repeat the operation for all the items you intend to purchase, then click on the cart at the top right to proceed with the order. Enter the data of the payment method you prefer to use, those relating to the shipping address and confirm the order. The game is done!
Our prices are shown in euros. If you want to know the approximate price in another currency, use an online currency converter, which will give you an estimate of the costs.
If a valid email address was entered during checkout, you will receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. This initial email serves as confirmation of the order details. Once the package is shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping identification number and a tracking link directly from the courier.
If you need to delete an item from your order, or to make a change (size, quantity, color and so on), you can contact us via the contact form or by calling us directly for assistance.
After placing an order on our site, it is not possible to request changes.

Clewoo shoes are friends of nature. For the soles we use only top quality wood, obtained from forests that we are committed to replanting. The laces are made of 100% cotton, the upper is made of felt and we only use special leathers: chrome free leather, vegetable tanned leather, and no water waste leather. Clewoo accepts the following forms of payment: credit card, PayPal.
Free delivery is provided for shipments to Italy and the EU, while for other countries the shipping cost is 20 euros in addition to customs duties and taxes.
Where applicable, the customer is responsible for the duties and customs duties, which will not be reimbursed in the event of termination, for any reason, of the purchase contract.
Delivery times vary depending on the type of shipment chosen:
- Express shipping Italy: 5/6 working days, starting from the moment you receive the order confirmation email.
- Express shipping EU and World: 6/10 working days, starting from the moment you receive the order confirmation email.

The return of the products is under the customer’s responsibility and must be made by express courier with the possibility of tracing the shipment, the costs of which will be fully borne by the customer. The return for SIZE CHANGE is free.
If for any reason you change your mind about one (or more) of the products ordered on this site, you are entitled to make the return no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
In order to proceed with a return, send us an email to info@clewooshoes.com. You will be contacted by one of our staff who will take care of the practice.
We can offer an exchange / refund only if the returned item is intact and unused. We cannot offer an exchange / refund if the item has been damaged, used and / or washed. In case of exchange, please indicate the size / color you wish to receive.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:
- Send us an email and wait for the reply from our operator
- Prepare the package by inserting the packaged product, inside the original packaging. Close the package and make sure it is properly sealed.
- Choose the way you prefer to send us the package. We will give you confirmation of receipt.
- Remember to keep the shipping receipt until you receive the email confirming the refund from us.
The refund or exchange will be made within 7 days from the date we received your return request. All refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment. In some cases it may take up to 7 business days from the date we issued the refund for the credit to be visible on your statement, depending on the bank or credit card issuer .
